Warren Shoulders Named President of Williams

Williams Comfort Products, a recognized leader and manufacturer of quality heating and cooling products, is pleased to announce the expansion of it's leadership team with the appointment of Warren Shoulders as President of the company.

An accomplished HVAC industry veteran, Shoulders brings over 30 years of strategic management, business development and product marketing success to the company. Shoulders most recently served as VP and General Manager for Xpediair, Inc., an HVAC distribution company.

"Warren's track record and demonstrated ability to establish strategic initiatives and translate those initiatives into a cohesive vision for the company was key to our selection," according to James Gidwitz, Chairman of Continental Materials Corporation. "We're very excited about the future of Williams Comfort Products under Warren's direction."

Having served in senior level positions with International Environmental Corporation, Rheem Manufacturing and Heat Controller, Inc., Shoulders has proven especially skilled in turning around under-performing operations by establishing strategic vision, building effective management teams and maximizing operating efficiencies.

Shoulders served as Section Chairman and board member of the Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute (ARI) and as a Trustee for Heating Air-Conditioning Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI), Shoulders holds both a BBA and MA in Marketing and Economics from Western Michigan University and has completed post-graduate studies at Columbia University and The Wharton School of Business.
